Lee Boylan was another one of Graham Westley’s signings in the summer of 2008. Originally signed to replace the then outgoing Steve Morison, Boylan has an outstanding goalscoring record in the Blue Square Premier. Started as a West Ham trainee before joining numerous clubs on the non league circuit, including Stevenage. Finally settled at Canvey where his record was prolific. After leaving Canvey, Grays snapped him up before he moved again to Cambridge last summer.
Boylan could be vital for Boro this season, now that Steve Morison has left the club for Millwall and his goals could help Boro into the football league.
